The Court Yard Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 300 euros payable on booking. Final payment on arrival. A security deposit of 100 euros to cover loss or damage, breakages etc payable on arrival Minimum 7 night stay The price includes electricity, heating, bed linen, and towels. Telephones are metered and charged as used. No pets allowed. Cots/highchairs if required to be reserved in advance On departure, the apartment, utensils and equipment must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Occupancy per apartment higher than the number of beds by prior arrangement only. We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to valuable or personal property. The management can terminate occupancy if terms and conditions are not complied with. The proprietors and employees of The Courtyard, Hotel Minella shall not be liable nor will accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage howsoever sustained by any person or persons whether arising under the express or implied terms of the rental agreement, or at Common Law (including nay negligence of the proprietors their servants or agents) or in any other way whatsoever. In the event of breach of contract on the part of the proprietors of The Courtyard, howsoever arising any loss and/or damage including consequential loss sustained by the renter shall be limited to the sum paid by the renter to the proprietors of The Courtyard. Check-in from 15.00 and vacated before 10.00 on the day of departure.
